Love the textured plush feel of the recliner - makes it cozy. It appears that it would be be very squishy but I was pleasantly surprised to realize that when sitting in it it has good support and structure and doesn’t cause any back pain. Swivels easily side to side and rocking feature is nice in addition to the power recliner.

I was a little nervous purchasing this recliner because when I purchased it, there were no reviews. I was looking for a recliner for our nursery that had room to breast-feed, and one that reclined, rocked and could turn. This chair exceeds my expectations!! It’s beautiful, so soft and is the perfect addition to our nursery! It was also delivered super quick! The only con is there were no install instructions and we had a hard time getting the back of the chair to latch but we eventually got it!
The recliner is very confortable and it's exactly what I was expecting for my baby's nursery. The quality is a little bit questionable. We received one recliner that was defective (loose arms), we contacted the customer service that solved the problem very fast by sending another recliner. The new one was in better condition, but had a small defect on one arm. We decided to fix the two recliner and found out that the wood structure of both was broken in different areas. Now the recliners are perfect, but the quality could be better.
I got this rocker for the way day sale and I’m so glad I did. Beautiful and so so so comfy!! I can’t wait to rock our baby boy in it!

Good recliner and GREAT customer service. There was issue with the first recliner we received, and the customer service team fixed it and sent a new one within a week. The recliner itself seems to be good quality. We like the charging port and power recliner (though the power recliner feature can make placement hard since it has to be close to an outlet). It swivels and rocks comfortably. Fabric is very soft. The arm rests a little harder than expected, but the pillows cushion that well enough. It’s firm, but I think it'll soften the more we sit in it. It’s a wide recliner, which I LOVE. My husband and I are both 6’+ tall and it fits us both very comfortably.
The motor is so quiet my husband can sleep in the same room while I use it.
